Believe it or not, Avondale should be a pretty good place to search newly built homes in 2019, especially if you’re looking for value. And while you might not find quite as many options as what you’ll see in larger neighborhoods like Lakeview or Lincoln Park, don’t surprised to see some highly desirable opportunities that should fit all your needs and wants in a new home.
Bucktown continues to be one of Chicago’s hottest neighborhoods, and that’s especially true if you’re looking for a single-family home with more of a modern flair. Keep in mind, however, anything new construction in Bucktown won’t come cheap, so be prepared to pay a premium if you won’t settle for anywhere else in the city.
